Please read carefully before you join any Kim's Susu group. We hold every member to the same standard, and that is exactly what keeps the system fair for everyone.

Nine things every member agrees to.

You must be 18 and above
Membership is open only to adults aged 18 years and above.

Have a steady income
Make sure you are working or have a constant flow of income before you join any group, so you can keep up with your contributions.

Adhere to every rule
Make sure to follow every rule stated once the group starts. There will be no consideration if you default. No one can opt out or exit a group — if you choose not to continue, you will not receive a refund.

Provide your details
Everyone interested in a group must be ready to provide every detail needed to become a member of Kim's Susu Group.

Serious members only
Kindly do not join a group if you are not interested, as you will be blocking another person's chance of joining.

No refunds once you start
Once you start making payment you are obliged to complete it, as there is a no-refund policy in all groups. You will not be considered if you default, no matter the amount contributed so far. Please join only what you can afford.

Pickup never changes
Kindly note that your pickup does not change, no matter what. What you see is what you get.

Contributions are due by 6pm on the due date
Every contribution must be paid by 6pm on the day it is due. Daily groups: pay by 6pm each day. 30-day groups: pay by 6pm on the 30th day. 22-day groups: pay by 6pm on the 22nd day. Payments after 6pm count as late. Penalty for late payment will be a change of slot.

Slots are set when the group starts
Slot positions are not given out when you join. The system automatically assigns every member a slot when the group starts, so joining early does not get you an earlier slot.

No-refund policy
Once a payment is made it is non-refundable. This applies to every group. If you default you will not be considered, no matter how much you have already contributed. Please be certain, and join only what you can comfortably afford.

A clear picture of your ID (any identification card).
Two to three recent pictures of yourself.
A picture of you holding the card up to your face.
A one-minute video of you promising to adhere to every rule in Kim's Susu Group.
Slots are set automatically when the group starts
Slot positions are not given out when you join and are not promised upfront.
When the group starts, the system automatically assigns every member a slot. After that, positions can be reordered based on payment consistency, so joining early does not get you an earlier slot.
